This Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to check back periodically for updates.


Free Shipping:

Want free shipping? Who doesn't? We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 USD or more within the United States, all day, every day (after any applied discounts).


Order Processing Times:

We are a small family owned business and do our best to get your packages out as quickly as possible. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, and orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (which do not include Holidays or Weekends). These fulfillment times are in addition to the carrier's transit times for your order's shipping method. 

*Please make sure the shipping address is correct before ordering. Additional shipping fees due to inaccurate addresses will be incurred by the customer.

**Please note, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or packages that arrive late. Please reach out directly to the courier first. We are more than happy to assist there afterwards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once we print the label and your order shows fulfilled or shipped you will not be able to cancel or modify your order. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible though.

Domestic USA Shipping: 

Our Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the USPS during checkout. We do not control the shipping rates. The USPS also requires that all shipments over 1 LB are required to ship Priority Mail, and not First Class. 

Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order over the weekend your order will not be processed for fulfillment until the next business day, which is generally a Monday.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and also an email regarding the tracking information. Unfortunately, there are times when orders are not scanned right away and tracking does not show up. 

Orders with Shirts:

If you order a shirt it will ship from our partner, separately from your beard care items. During heavier shopping times fulfillment for shirts may take up to two weeks.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes: 

Yes, The Bearded Mack ships internationally. Transit times ranges depend on the efficiency of your country's customs office. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier.

We are now using Shopify Markets Pro for all international orders. This program is theoretically supposed to make the process for international customers more seamless. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and you will be able to use your own local currency and a local payment method to pay for your products. We do ask for patience as The Bearded Mack just implemented this new international shipping program.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country’s customs office.

We are legally required to declare the full, correct value of all items on customs forms. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or lower the value, and any requests to do so will be refused.

You, the customer, are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. The Bearded Mack Grooming Co. is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from customs processing or non-payment of these fees.

 Use of Package Consolidation Services for International Customers:

There are some awesome package consolidation services in the USA that allow you to shop as if you are in the USA, and then send you one large parcel at very reasonable shipping cost.  However, if you choose to use a package consolidation/forwarding service, we are only responsible for the safe delivery of your goods to your service's delivery location in the USA.  Due to the nature of these services, they may open/change/modify your packages, which is outside of our scope of service.  You will have to resolve any issues directly with your package consolidator, as we do not have any connection into their operations.  We are not responsible for any damages or losses between your package consolidator and your final delivery destination.

Shipping and Receiving Beard Butters in Warmer Months:

Our ingredients are all natural and many are organic and/or virgin meaning they’re in their natural form without additional processing. Your beard butter(s) more than likely will become liquified. We strongly suggest to leave the butter top on and just place the jar in the freezer for 1 hour. Regardless how the butter looks, it will still perform in your beard exactly the same. We strongly suggest you check out our blog post on how to fix gritty or grainy beard butters. Contact us directly and we may be able to help you. **We cannot provide exchanges or issue refunds due to melted or gritty butter.**
