Refund policy
We want to make sure our customers are extremely happy with their purchase from us. However, in the rare circumstance there may be the need to return one of our products. We will do everything in our power to make sure you the customer has the best experience. We take pride and stand behind all of our products.
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, feel free to return within 30 days for a full refund or exchange no questions asked. Just pay shipping. Initial order shipping fees are not refundable.
- Please, No Refunds if you dislike a scent smell and/or a scent that isn't strong enough. Product fragrance ratios strictly adhere to the International Fragrance Association's (IFRA) guidelines. This means we will strictly follow IFRA's guidance on how much to scent a product. We highly suggest purchasing a sample pack before committing to a full sized item, as this will reduce potential issues with purchasing a scent that you may not like.
- No returns on sample packs.
- No Refunds or Returns on any beard tool, unless broken during transit.
- No Returns for worn and/or washed clothing items, to include hats. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on closeout items or gift cards.
- No returns or refunds due to melted/grainy butters. Our butters are an all natural product which makes them sensitive to temperature. Due to high heat your Beard Butter may arrive completely melted. If you suspect the butter is melted just place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. If not completely melted there's a possibility it could have a grainy texture. This is a normal occurrence and happens because the fatty acids cool at different rates.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
