Due to the nature of the ingredients in any butter product there is a chance it could arrive melted. Our butters are not any different. Our Butters do not contain stabilizers or beeswax, therefore, they are sensitive to extreme temperatures. Butters may melt during transit as they could sit in delivery trucks or front porches, but rest assured the quality of your butter is just fine and is not affected by melting. We strongly suggest not to open the container to just place the container directly in the freezer for 1 hour.
