We are located in Northern Virginia.

Our products were created and manufactured by The Bearded Mack and are made in small batches. 

*Our products are not tested on our furry friends or any animal. 

Orders:

  • Our products are made in small batches as to not sit on the shelf for too long. With that said our goal is to fulfill every order within 1-5 business days. However, during busier times order fulfillment could take up to 7 days. The customer will receive an order confirmation after each order. Please review the email to ensure everything is correct. *Orders will only be fulfilled Monday - Friday.

Butters:

  • Our ingredients are all natural and many are organic and/or virgin meaning they’re in their natural form without additional processing. During shipping butters may change form or become liquified. Because of this we add a butter card to every butter order explaining how to get the butter back to it’s original condition. Nothing is absolute and perfect though. The butter will still perform in your beard exactly the same. We don’t ship whipped butters when the temperature is too hot. If we are “sold out” of whipped butters this is generally the reason. Contact us directly and we may be able to help you. **We cannot provide exchanges or issue refunds due to melted butter.**

Shipping:

  • We offer carrier calculated shipping rates. Which basically means shipping rates are automatically calculated by the USPS.
  • All orders over 1lb must ship Priority Mail.
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-5 business days. We do our absolute best to get every order out within 1-2 business days though.
  • Orders of over $60 within the United States will ship free. If you use a discount code the order total after discounts applied will need to be over $60 to get free shipping. 
  • We will send another email with the shipping information including the tracking number. 

International Shipping: 

  • Yes, The Bearded Mack ships internationally, however, we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, and/or any other fees imposed. This is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please don’t ask us to manipulate the custom forms.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please email us before returning any product.

Our policy regarding the below bullet points lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed we cannot issue a return, exchange, or refund:

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded 
  • Clothing/Hats can be refunded as long as they weren’t worn or washed and the tags are still attached. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and the refund will only be issued once the items have been returned.
  • If one of our products arrives damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue. We ask that you take a picture and send us an email of the damaged product before we issue a refund or exchange.
  • You can return or exchange any sealed and unused product for a refund or exchange.
  • We believe we have created an incredible product with scents to match. However, we understand that not all customers will like our scents. If you fall into this category we will allow a customer an opportunity to exchange their product one time. The customer will be responsible for shipping of the new product. Please contact us first. Refunds will not be given if a customer does not like a scent.
  • If any product that you received fell under a buy one get one free promotion we will not be able to replace that product. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Once we print the label and your order shows fulfilled or shipped you will not be able to cancel or modify your order.
